Xenith are experts in cutting the cost of producing documents. We are Xerox’s leading partners in this field. Xerox, as well as being one of the biggest printer manufacturers, are now the world’s largest provider of document solutions and services.

The business analysts, Gartner, describe document related costs as 'The last bastion of unaudited spend' because most companies control spending at a departmental level but don't look at the total cost of documents across their business.

So we work with clients who are interested in gaining control of these costs, reducing them and improving efficiency in the production of their documents.

We use all of the Xerox tools alongside our expertise to deliver cost reductions of more than 20%. For example we recently reduced paper and energy usage by 40% in a company near here and cut expenditure by 28% which they calculate saved them around £ 80,000 per annum.

Productivity gains have come from a number of areas but as an example, we can significantly reduce the number of hours employees spend working with documents.

Our approach starts with establishing a partnership with our customer to understand their business, their drivers and their requirements. Then we deliver the right balance of efficiency savings and productivity benefits to help them achieve their goals.

A little bit about the people behind Xenith…

My name is Neil Carlile and I am the Managing Director of Xenith Document Systems – a company that I have worked for these last twenty-nine years. In that time I have seen Xenith grow from humble beginnings to become the largest and most successful Xerox Premier Partner in the UK. Many of the people who joined the company in the first ten years are still with us today, as are many of our early customers.

From those early days we have always committed ourselves to the highest levels of customer service and it is that commitment, along with our Industry Partnerships, that has made Xenith the leader in our field. We work with leading IT Providers to construct the widest possible range of document solutions to meet our customers’ needs.
