History

Xenith Document Systems is a division of Satellite Business Systems Limited, which was formed in 1979 to offer a “personal professional service” to businesses in London. In those early days we worked with IBM, Xerox and Toshiba to provide customers with levels of pricing and service that led the market.

The company started by providing word processors and developed from there into the reprographic space. Today we offer document solutions to the widest possible range of customers – this year alone we have worked with clients buying one small printer for a few hundred pounds and with clients who are wanting us to save them hundreds of thousands of pounds on their document production.

From our early days caring for customers in London we now have people working with clients all over the UK and throughout Europe and the Middle East. This year alone we are working with clients in Milan, Frankfurt, Paris, Madrid, Bahrain and Dubai.

We were accredited for ISO 9001:2000 in 1996 and have retained this certification ever since. Our commitment to our clients is matched by our commitment to our own people. Many of them have been with us for fifteen years or more and it is their hard work that has won us countless awards from Xerox and other suppliers.

We always operate at the leading edge of the Xerox offering, bringing our customers the very latest in document solutions delivered with the acumen and experience of our professional staff. Increasingly we are being asked by all kinds and sizes of organisations to help them bring excellent document production into their workplaces and at the same time lower their costs. It is our ability to do this that is driving our current growth.

The last twenty-nine years have been an exciting time - growing our company into the organisation it is today.  With our commitment to reinvestment within the company and the investments that we continue to make in people and partnerships, the future looks even brighter!
