Neil Carlile –Managing Director

Having graduated with an Honours Degree in Economics, Neil joined the company from IBM in 1980 and has dedicated his working life to developing Xenith into a leading company in the provision of document solutions. His commitment to bringing the very best to our customers by bringing the very best out of our people is unparalleled and it is this intensity that sets Xenith apart.

Steve Alexander – Sales Director

Steve joined Xenith in 1988 having worked in Sales and Management at Xerox for ten years. His name is a watchword in the industry for hard work and dedication. His approach is totally “hands-on” and every day you will find him in clients’ offices discussing their requirements and helping them to find solutions.

Scott Allaway – Production Sales Director

Scott graduated with Honours in European Business & Technology and joined Xenith in 1994. After a very successful sales career across our full range of products he established the Production Sales division of Xenith in 2003. He has a full understanding of the challenges facing the Production Print Arena and is entirely committed to helping our clients meet those challenges.

Justin Milligan – Director, Solutions and Services

Justin studied Physics and Business Studies at Warwick and joined Xenith from Xerox in 1998. His interest has always been at the leading edge of technology and it is therefore no surprise that he runs our Solutions and Services business. Currently he is working with clients on programmes designed to deliver better print offerings at significantly lower costs.

Sarah Page – Administration Manager

Sarah studied Information Engineering and Business at Newcastle and graduated with First Class Honours. She joined Xenith in 2003 and became Administration Manager in 2009. Her dedication to accuracy, attention to detail and control of logistics are much appreciated by our clients.

Paul Belkin – Major Account Director

Paul has worked with Xenith since 1991 having graduated in Politics from Manchester University. He runs a team of sales people as well as looking after some of our larger accounts.

Paul Holborough – Major Account Director

Paul joined Xenith in 2001 having previously worked in Sales for a major utility company. He was an immediate success and quickly became a team manager.
