The start point for a successful Managed Print Services project is for us to understand your business, its goals, drivers and requirements.  This allows us to understand how our Managed Print Services offering is best suited to you and how we can adapt to your specific business requirements.

At this stage we would look to gain senior sponsorship, as we understand that whilst change might be good, it still needs visibility, typically at board level, to be successful.

There are four key stages in our approach to Managed Print Services – Assess, Design, Implement and Manage.
