With a clear and agreed baseline, we can move onto the Solution and Service Design.

Whilst helping you build a strategy for the future, we will be working towards delivering the cost savings and Service Improvements today.  As well as looking at optimising the device fleet for supporting the business and reducing costs, we will be measuring the environmental impact of the current and proposed designs.

We will help to redesign the support processes to be more efficient by saving money, reducing cycle time and minimising user involvement.

All of this yields a print policy for the business that delivers today, and provides the strategy for the future.
