In delivering this print policy, we typically take a transition and then transformation approach.

Our ability to deliver Managed Print Services across the whole range of vendors, allows you to transition your existing fleet into our Managed Print Service, thus allowing you to make the best use of any existing investment, whilst delivering the potential cost and efficiency savings as early as possible.

In the transition phase we are looking to understand and control, then in transformation we will optimise and enhance:

During the Transformation phase, communication and training is a critical part of the success.  The Communications should include:

  • Communications Timeline
  • Managed Print Benefits
  • Optimization Announcements
  • Signage and Posters
  • Site Planning Packets


Training can’t solely be a one-off engagement, it needs to provide reference materials and be part of an ongoing strategy.  Some of the elements would be;

  • Device quick reference materials
  • Device “How To” Guides
  • Training Documentation
  • Classroom Training
  • Training at the device
  • @ the device Posters
  • Online Training through our customer portal

Underpinning both phases will be one of our Project Managers who are versed in Prince2, PMI and ITIL frameworks.  Typically our Project Management Framework for a Managed Print Services project would comprise a Project Management Framework and a Project Management Key Documentation, by which we control the process through the right document set:
