Xenith Document Systems is awarded Xerox Managed Print Service Partner of the Year 2016

Xenith Document Systems made history last week.

A number of years ago we embarked on a journey to build on our reputation for customer service and deliver the best Managed Print Service in the market place.

With the industry leading Managed Print Service partner in Xerox, we invested in Business Analysts, Project Managers, Service Delivery Managers and IT Teams, while continuing to invest in our fully integrated Helpdesk. This led to an unrivaled customer experience. Word spread, and our business grew.

For example, Xenith were the first Xerox partner to deliver a Global Managed Print Service, saving the customer over 52% of their original printing costs in the first year alone, while eliminating the hassle of print management for their IT team.

Xerox recognised this by awarding us their Managed Print Service Partner of the Year Award in 2012, 2013 and 2014. Last year, in 2015, we won the award again, along with NewField IT’s System Integrator of the Year Award. Against a number of other strong Xerox partners, it would have been understandable if we had not been able to replicate that achievement whilst others caught up.

That wasn’t the case - innovation is always a journey, never a destination. So last year we launched MPS Plus, focussing on how we could take our customers beyond printing - by digitising and automating paper-heavy internal processes in order to save time and money while making them more productive. Xenith were the first Xerox partner or entity to roll out the Xerox User Analytics solution – bringing Big Data analytic tools to help Xenith’s clients understand why they print. Nigel Bainsfair, Managing Director of NewField IT said:

nigel.jpg“Xenith are one of the most innovative Multifunction Printer (MFP) and Managed Print Service (MPS) providers in our market place. Last year they were the first Channel Partner to roll out our Next Generation Analytics tool, CompleteView User Analytics. Xenith is an early adopter of this innovation and this helps Xenith’s clients understand why they print as well as what they print, giving them unique insight into user behaviour.

Xenith understand the importance of consulting with the customer. Linking together the clients true requirements with this powerful analytics insight positions them well to put the right solutions in place for their customer. They use all of our analytics tools comprehensively and this coupled with their knowledge of the individual components in the solution gives them strong competitive advantage.”

Our customers recognised our commitment to them - we scored an amazing 97% overall rate of customer satisfaction in the survey we carried out last year. And last week at the Xerox UK Partner Summit, the world leader in Managed Print Services recognised this too – Donna Marley, Director and General Manager of Xerox UK said:

2016_4_donna.jpg“Xenith’s commitment to innovation is exceeded only by their commitment to customer service. This has been proven yet again by their project delivery, reputation and the high levels of customer satisfaction they achieved in their annual survey. Some other providers consider their job complete once the MPS contract is signed – for Xenith, that’s when the real engagement begins. I know how well they continually optimise their customers’ infrastructure and services. This is what distinguishes Xenith and has driven their organic growth in the marketplace, and this is why, for the FIFTH YEAR RUNNING, it had to be Xenith for our MPS Partner of the Year award.”

So it gives us great pleasure to announce that Xenith have won the prestigious Xerox Managed Print Service Partner of the Year Award as well as NewField IT’s Systems Integrator of the Year Award yet again in 2016.

For Xenith, the journey continues.
