Andy explains some examples of office-based processes that have broken due to the shift to working remotely:

  • Accounts Payable is the most common example.
  • The process has many steps and is often quite inefficient with scope to optimise with central repositories and automated workflows.
  • Contracts and signatures are both examples of broken processes, often due to reliance on wet signatures and paper, which may not be required.
