Xenith Document Systems Win ‘Xerox Platinum Partner of the Year’ award!

Xerox Managed Print Service Partner of the Year (UK & Ireland) for the 8th year running-1

Xenith is delighted to have been awarded Xerox’s most prestigious award ‘Platinum Partner of the Year, UK’ - yet another trophy to add to our list of accolades.

We are especially proud of our award as it comes from Xerox, the worldwide leader in Managed Print Services. To be a Xerox Platinum Partner you have to have multiple areas of specialisation that provide the broadest range of product access from Xerox - including demonstrated technology and service expertise, dedicated resources, extensive sales and technical training, and back-office infrastructure.

Carlo Longhi, Director & General Manager, Indirect Channels UK & Ireland at Xerox“Xerox has partnered with Xenith Document Systems for decades. For much of this time, Xenith has been a Platinum Partner, the highest level of accreditation a Xerox partner can possibly have.

This year Xenith has continued to lead in the area of MPS, large account and new business focus and extending their adoption of software and services particularly in the area of digital transformation. It is for these reasons that we have awarded Xenith our ‘Platinum Partner of the Year’ award.”

We are especially pleased to be receiving the award not long after we announced our most recent customer survey results, which illustrated an increased Net Promoter Score from 27 in 2017 to 33 in 2018 (scored from -100 to +100), a score we are particularly proud of as the average score for ALL UK companies is 10, and the UK benchmark for an average outsourced service is -10.

You can find out more about the survey here or watch our customers talk about us here.
