In the recently published IDC MarketScape: Worldwide Contractual Print and Document Services Hardcopy 2018–2019 Vendor Assessment, Xerox have been named as a leader for contractual print and document solutions and services worldwide.
The IDC MarketScape assessment looks at “both quantitative and qualitative characteristics that position vendors for success in this important market.” (IDC MarketScape Assessment)

The assessment identified Xerox as having a strong global service delivery model, along with flexible, scalable MPS services. This is all while keeping close relationships with customers and partners, stating that Xerox “has built one of the industry's most robust portfolios of MPS solutions and services.” (IDC MarketScape Assessment)
Beyond MPS, Xerox has been recognised as having a focus on security and digital transformation, two things that helped set Xerox apart from competitors in the industry. Along with this, Xerox is continuing to drive MPS technology forward, with innovations in security and data analytics.
