“I definitely think women should explore the tech industry” - Natasha Evans - Senior Client Relations Executive, Xenith

As technology continues to change the world around us, the technology sector in the UK “is growing more than two-and-a-half times faster than the overall economy and London has been ranked as the second most connected place for tech in the world”. (Computer Weekly)

With the growth of the industry, there are more jobs and career opportunities opening up and when coupled with an increased focus on technology at school, for example teaching children how to code, there are more and more people looking towards a career in the technology industry.

Two leading women at Xenith describe how they got into the tech industry, the skills that come in handy, and provide some advice for younger women considering getting into the technology industry.

Watch the video below and hear from Laura Olley, Head of Service, Xenith and Natasha Evans, Senior Client Relations Executive, Xenith.
